For 7 days from Sun-Sun
Therapy package for 7 days includes:
- accommodation in a twin room for 7 nights (see our rooms)
- 7 breakfasts, 6 lunches and 7 suppers at the Blu Holm Restaurant buffet table (buffet table times)
- doctor's appointment and preparation of a personal therapy plan
- 6 days of treatments, 2–3 treatments per day
- morning exercises Mon-Sat at 7.30 a.m.
Taking into consideration your wishes and the personal therapy plan prepared by the doctor, you can choose between the following treatments to be included in your therapy package:
- 25 minutes of hand massage
- Haapsalu mud treatment
- pearl bath with herbs
- underwater massage (automatic or manual)
- whirlpool bath for legs
- apparatus physiotherapy
- paraffin-ozokerite therapy
- inhalation
- Charcot shower
- salt therapy
- music therapy
- light therapy
- stretching
- Hydro Jet Relax waterbed massage
- movement therapy in a group
- water gymnastics in a group
It is possible to extend the Therapy package by buying additional days. More info here.
In addition all the customers of our spa have free access to:
- early morning swim from 6 to 8 am (sauna not included)
- sauna and swimming pool from 1 to 10 pm (except under the trainings, closer information in the hotel)
NB! The sauna and pool complex is closed for renovation from 17 June to 18 August 2012. More info here.
Check-in into the rooms begins at 3 pm on the arrival day and on the departure day we ask you to vacate the rooms at the latest by 12 noon. Therapy package includes several treatments to which you can add treatments by ordering on the spot from our selection of additional services.
