Massage reduces excess tension, relieves stress and increases tonicity. We do classical massage that improves blood circulation and normalizes muscle tonicity.
Hand massage is a special technique where tissues are mechanically influenced. Massage is indicated in case of many pathological conditions of the body like post-traumatic musculoskeletal conditions, chronic pain syndrome, muscle atrophy or decrease in muscle mass, or diseases related to excessive muscle spasticity. Massage is also simply a good means for relieving stress and relaxing.
During a 25-minute s long massage treatment that is included in packages, about half of the body can be massaged according to a patient’s wish and doctor’s recommendations.

AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE

Aromatherapy massage a true body pampering treatment where a skilful choice of essential oils contributes to solving such problems like tense muscles, cellulite, stress, sleep disorders, fluctuating blood pressure, menopausal ailments or simply a bad mood.

CUP MASSAGE

When bought as an additional treatment: EUR 16  (duration 30 min)

A type of massage using different-sized cups made of natural rubber. Cup massage is made on muscles and joints in the form of acupuncture. Thus, cup massage is indicated in case of chronic muscle and joint diseases, different pain syndromes (abdominal pain, headache, toothache), as well as respiratory tract diseases (even in case of pneumonia) when the fever has lowered. Massage improves the mobility of joints, reducing joint stiffness. Cup massage may be performed nearly on all body areas, depending on patient’s complaints. After a facial nerve paralysis, cup massage is recommended in the face area. Massage is started and finished with classical hand massage.
Cup massage does not suit in case of severe cardiovascular diseases, renal diseases, acute inflammatory diseases, artificial joints, varicose veins and different skin problems (psoriasis, erysipelas, raised birthmarks). The interval after performed operation should be 1 month. Abdominal massage is not recommended during menstruation.
The duration of massage is 30 minutes up to 1 hour depending on the size of massaged area.

LAVASTONE MASSAGE

This is a massage with lava stones that emit warmth. Stones are beforehand heated in a corresponding heater. The temperature of heater can be adjusted according to the area being treated. The whole body is massaged with warm stones by placing the stones in the beginning of treatment for a few minutes on special points of the body to reduce stress and regenerate the exhausted points. The heat released from the stones causes the dilation of blood vessels that in its turn improves the blood supply of tissues, relieves muscle tension cramps. Gentle massage with warm stones also reduces mental stress and makes us feel better. Relaxation caused both by released energy and the warmth given by stones creates for some people meditation-like state.
Stone massage also has a positive effect on skin, helping to keep it clean and radiant.
Stone massage is not recommended for people who suffer from uncompensated diabetes and who have visible skin irritation. Neither is it recommended during pregnancy.
The duration of massage is 1 hour.

THAI MASSAGE

Thai massage is a co-operation of the body, thoughts and feelings.
In Thai massage the whole body is massaged combining a breathing technique, a swaying pressure technique and firm strong pressures and stretches in order to release blocked energy, gently relax tense muscles and release psychic stress. Massage recipient experiences the softening of muscles, increasing mobility of the joints and a special kind of tranquillity. Thai massage activates blood circulation and lymph system, reduces muscle tension, increases the mobility of joints and stimulates the function of internal organs.
The duration of treatment is 1hour.

JAPANESE MASSAGE YUMEIHO

Yumeiho massage is made on the floor on mats and it is Japanese in origin. According to Japanese folk medicine, the shifting of pelvis causes the bending of spine due to which the muscle and joint diseases develop that are followed by the diseases of internal organs and metabolic disorders. Yumeiho massage focuses on the adjustment of pelvic position.

LYMPHATIC MASSAGE

The massage is contraindicated in case of such medical conditions as viral infections, elevated body temperature, osteoporosis, wounds and cuts, skin conditions, tumours, diabetes, asthma, heart and cardiovascular disease. Not recommended during pregnancy.

HEAD MASSAGE

INDIAN CHAMPI  HEAD MASSAGE

The treatment is recommended to those who suffer from insomnia.

Before and after the massage it is recommended to drink lots of water or tea for the best detox results.
