Yoga

Yoga is one of the easiest and most understandable methods of self-development, both physically and mentally. Here, everyone will work THEMSELVES in order to make progress. The peculiarities of each person are taken into consideration. Progress is made only in the manner that is most fitting for a person.

Exercise consists of:

  1. Physical exercise
  2. Breathing (free, natural)
  3. Meditative state (relaxed, static position)

Yoga is not a magical remedy that will help in case of health and mental problems. Only the openness of a person and a wish to change both physically and mentally will give results.
