Therapy package for 14 days includes:
- Accommodation in a hotel room for 14 nights (see our rooms)
- 14 breakfasts, 13 lunches and 14 suppers at the Blu Holm Restaurant buffet table (buffet table times)
- Doctor’s appointment and preparation of a personal therapy plan
- 24 - 36 therapy treatments
- Morning exercises MON – SAT at 7.30 a.m.
Taking into consideration your wishes and the personal therapy plan prepared by the doctor, you can choose between the following treatments to be included in your therapy package:
- 25 minutes of hand massage
- Haapsalu mud treatment
- Pearl bath with herbs
- Underwater massage (automatic or manual)
- Whirlpool bath for legs
- Electrotherapy
- Paraffin
- Inhalation
- Salt therapy
- Music therapy
- Light therapy
- Stretching
- Infrared sauna
- Charcot shower
- Hydro Jet Relax waterbed massage
- Movement therapy in a group
- Water gymnastics in a group
In addition all the customers of our spa have free access to:
- Early morning swim from 6.00 to 8.00 a.m. (sauna not included)
- Sauna and swimming pool from 1.00 to 10.00 p.m. (except under the trainings, closer information in the hotel)
Check-in into the rooms begins at 3.00 p.m. on the arrival day and on the departure day we ask you to vacate the rooms at the latest by 12.00 noon.
Therapy package includes several treatments to which you can add treatments by ordering on the spot from our selection of additional services
